You hear so much about Binge Drinking these days that every time you switch n the radio the facts are difference. Once it was classed that if you went out and got trolleyed every Friday Saturday and Sunday night this was the term for it. however the more you read the facts it classed as one glass a night is seen as binge drinking .. so i am confused!
Binge drinking is a common come from United States as the term for excessive drinking. The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism states that is refers to a pattern of drinking that brings a person’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to 0.08 grams percent or above. – n men consuming 5 or more drinks, and when women consume 4 or more drinks, in about 2 hours.
According to the stats
* 92% of U.S. adults who drink excessively
* 70% of binge drinking involve over age 25 years.
* binge drinking among men is 2 times the prevalence among women
The loss of a football legend Sir Bobby Robson

It is with much sadness I write about the the passing of Sir Bobby Robson who died this morning, aged 76, after a long struggle with cancer. He will be remember with so many memorable events in football and will always be thought of as the most successful national team manager since World Cup-winning Sir Alf Ramsey.
Associated with Newcastle United, Ipswich Town and the Three Lions, Robson won huge respect for his work at PSV in Holland, Sporting and Porto in Portugal, and Barcelona in Spain.
However, Robson will be best remembered as the manager who steered England to the semi-final of the 1990 World Cup, where eventual winners Germany. Sir Bobby Robson won 20 caps for his country and West Bromwich Albion, scoring 133 goals.
Rest in peace Bobby you wil never be forgotten
Have you really got swine flu?

There has been so much written recently about Swine flu, everyone you talk to has a different take on the matter.
I do think there is a tad ‘scare-mongering’ flying about and panic setting in. Call me hard nose but there are a number of people I believe are taking advantage of a cough and sniff, they have it. It always makes me laugh when people reckon they have flu when really they are just run down with a little cold… man flu!
Seriously if you had flu you would never joke about it and you truly do know when you have it its like death warmed up… so I am sure it’s the same with swine flu!
So what are the swine flu symptoms then?
* sudden fever (a high body temperature of 38C/100.4F or above), and
* sudden cough.
* headache,
* tiredness,
* chills,
* aching muscles,
* limb or joint pain,
* diarrhoea or stomach upset,
* sore throat,
* runny nose,
* sneezing, and
* loss of appetite.

Well I have to admit I love David Beckham and I won’t have a thing said about him bad about him
So I had to write an article about what I heard this morning
David return back home for a game at for LA Galaxy this weekend, and those nasty stupid fans had the nerve to make pathetic comments and held up banners telling him to “go home”.
At half time he rushed at the barrier to confront them
I am sorry but when was it considered acceptable or tolerated behavior…. I am talking of cause about the ‘fan’… to make comments like that at family events. Who wouldn’t react if they heard personnel comments being shouted at from the stands? And the worst of it his wife and children were watching and listening!
Don’t they understand that their team was in pretty poor state prior to David joining? But in true fashion when things don’t quite go as planned there has to be a scape goat. No one take the option that David could actually be trying to benefit his team with the experience and tips he picks up by working with Milan. Pointers that’s could benefit his Galaxy team mates!
All I can say if his new fans aren’t educated enough to see this then its there lose and Milan’s gains but hey ho they are American!
Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy are engaged

I am in a romantic mood today think it’ s due to the fact i am off to a wedding at the weekend. Anyway look like I’m not the one.
Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy are engaged!!!! He got down on thoses very long legs of his whilst on holiday in Sardinia and of course she said yes. Abbey is chuffed to pieces and I’m sure will be bursting even more when she chooses the size of her rock!

Don’t get me wrong I love read about the weddings of the stars and buy into the gossip mags but why it is that now the nuptials are spread out across about a million weeks. I mean seriously look at Rooney s wedding go they milked that it seemed to go on forever!
Big Brother why bother!

I don’t know about anyone else but is anyone really bothered about Big Brother. I just can’t be bothered with it. Come 9pm I usual flick over and within 10 minutes I am so annoyed of wasting valuable time on that tosh. What I don’t understand is why the producers haven’t sussed out the more extremely and pathetic these people the fewer people watch or care! Like most sane human being the people in there are know the kind of kind of people I would never in a million year associate with or ever want to so why watch them on telly. they are not celebrities with interesting lives they are sado’s that actual must have such low self stem they feel the need to tell everyone they are fantastic and think we will care.
Have the people of the show not got the brains to realized the show was more popular with more normal people in it, forget the Cameron year, but even so the first 5 years were the best

The most bizarre news of the day!
We I don’t know about anyone else but I am obsessed with fake tans, whether it’s the fastest drying, the nicest smelling or the one we all strive for the one that’s doesn’t streak.
Will one little lady seems to have taken it a step further.
Lindsay Lohan has got herself into naughtiness again! She apparently nicked the secret to a fake tan and selling it!! My god get her my number now, surely we could knock it up at home. Hardly surprising that she is strongly denying the claim. “No formula was stolen!” she insists on Twitter.
Mmmm watches this space I bet she says white for at least a couple of weeks!
Peter Andre and Chris Moyles interview

Did anyone else listen to the interview with Chris Moyle’s and Peter André this morning? I did think it was all a little diplomatic. Obviously there are children involved and out of respect for them he did not dish the dirty but I do think Katie once again got off likely. Yes I know there are two sides to every story but over the last few weeks the consideration that Katie seems to have shown for her children is 0%. I now the press take a situation and make it 10 times worse but why put yourself in a position to be criticized. I mean dancing around in a bar with your knickers up over your head does not leave much to the imagination to the press or an innocent by stander to come up with a point of view that is not favorable.
I do therefore think that Peter is holding his own but gritting his teeth remarkably well. Chris Moyle’s and team were very tactful with the questions at, as it is not their place to trash this man’s wife but I do thing that’s Jordon got off very likely
It has come out that Jordon is doing a warts and all view with Piece Morgan it’s a pity that she feels the need to ‘dish the dirty’ and not be respectful to those around her… but any thoughts to anyone else went out the window after she set foot Ibiza!
Have some respect for other people and at the end of the day do we really care that’s much get over yourself… have some pride!
Jacko’s Stomach Pumped

It doesn’t take long before people come out of the woodwork to have their say on Michael Jackson. Why is it that everyone feels the need to air their options now that he isn’t around to challenge them? And don’t you find that people either don’t have the balls to say their name so are quoted as being close associate or well know source or if there do they usually have a book out they are trying to promote
Any way I digress!
It is now reported by Jacko ‘former’ employee Grace Rwaramba that she had to pump the star’s stomach on numerous occasions during the time she worked with him. What surprise since the claim by Grace over the weekend she has today now denied the accusation and states it did not come from her. She is quoted as being deeply saddened shocked, hurt and deeply saddened by the claims.
Grace left Michael Jackson’s employment earlier this year, but was hoping to return.
