TV legends sir David Jason and Bruce Forsyth showed up and were honoured with the Best Drama Performance and the Lifetime Achievement award respectively.
Ant and Dec took home the Best Entertainment Presenter award (despite there being two of them) for the tenth year in a row, whilst the show they present, ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ took home the Best Entertainment Programme Award.
There was some disappointment on the night, however, as Coronation Street and its million-pound tram crash lost out to EastEnders when it came to the Best Serial Drama award.
